The game features a new cast of 20 playable characters and 156 Medarots to collect. Pre-release
Players who pre-ordered the game received ether a version exclusive art book, unique 3DS theme, poster or plastic case depending on what version they purchased. The pre-order bonuses are still obtainable from online stores and Amazon.co.jp, and are importable if the product seller is Amazon.co.jp. [1] [2] The character DLC was also made available for free for people who bought the game during the launch month.
