Nio-Kaiko (ニオーカイコー) is an open-mouth nio-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot Dual.

In the games

In Medarot 8

Nio-Kaiko makes a reappearance in Medarot 8 as a DLC-exclusive Medarot. It appears along with Arcbeetle-Dash, Titanbeetle, and Heal Angel in the second DLC mission, which can be downloaded for 300 yen ($2.40).

Trivia

The name of this Medarot's right arm is a reference to an Asian musical instrument called a shou, which its outstretched "fingers" resemble.
