Megaphant (メガファント) is an elephant-type Medarot that first appeared in the original Medarot game.
Description
Megaphant resembles an elephant. Its Head has a heavy iron ball on its trunk, used to smash its opponents with a Hammer attack; recent appearances also add large ears. Its arms, the Right and Left Guards, are used mainly to defend its allies against enemy attacks, and each shield has a face on it that resembles a tribal mask. Its Legs are Tank Treads with elephant-like paws on the front.
Its series number, ELF, may come from a possible japanization of elephant, like elefanto, or from the spanish word, elefante.
In the games
In Medarot 1
Megaphant's parts can be purchased from the convenience store soon after the player receives his starting Medarot.
The parts for Megaphant can be found in four Item Boxes during the prologue:
- The Trample Head is hidden in the bottom-left of the very first classroom.
- The Chauffeur Legs are in the Old Gymnasium in the top-right corner.
- The Right Guard Arm is in the Launch Center plaza.
- Finally, the Left Guard Arm is in the second Station hall, before entering Cluster proper.
In Medarot 2 Core
Megaphant is first seen during random Robottles at the theme park.
