The player takes the role of Yuuki (ユウキ). He takes part in a computer simulation/video game, himself playing the Prince of the Tinpet Kingdom which requires him to climb 3 towers to rescue the Princess of the Medarot Kingdom Paddy, his girlfriend. Paddy was kidnapped by Milky. As soon as he arrives in the game's main lobby, he is given a [[Rollstar]] (all the RAY-0 parts and a Tortoise medal). Almost immediately afterwards, he is given another Tinpet, [[Betty Bear]] (BER-0), and the Bear medal. The player is tasked with climbing the towers, gaining medaparts, medals, and tinpets along the way, to rescue Paddy.

Medarot Parts Collection 2 is an add-on game for Medarot 1 released for the Game Boy in 1998. Like the other Parts Collections, it is a side game where the player Robottles their way through a tower and collects parts, which can then be traded to the main game.

He takes part in a computer simulation/video game, himself playing the Prince of the Tinpet Kingdom which requires him to climb 3 towers to rescue the Princess of the Medarot Kingdom Paddy, his girlfriend.
