MMF[edit]
Nagi or Nami[edit]
The protagonists of the game. Nagi is the default name if you chose the male character and Nami is the default name if you chose the female character.
After recieving a letter of acceptance as a member of the MMF center, you are bestowed a Metabee and a Kabuto medal in the Kabuto version or a Rokusho with a Kuwagata medal in the Kuwagata version respectively. The goal of said protagonist is to succeed in as much missions as possible, prevent Medarot related crimes and eventually achieve the Rank 1 in the Ranked Medarotter list, which will lead to the player becoming the Medarotter representing Japan.
Select Corps[edit]
Onomachi Tasuke[edit]
The young captain of the Select Corps. He is rather impatient and wants the job to be done properly. Seemingly annoyed by the MMF impediment in his investigations on Medarot related crimes, he still accepts the aid that can be provided.
At first he's ranked as N°7 in the Ranked Medarotter list and uses a Huracan at first, but after the latter went rampant, in the post-game, his main Medarot is Maasai Laibon in the Kuwagata version or a Scimitar Tooth in the Kabuto version.
