Medarot 7 is an upcoming Medarot game for the Nintendo 3DS, set to be released on September 13. As of yet, no English release has been announced.
Confirmed info
General:
- There will be a total of 140 different Medarots and 90 Medals.
- The cast of Medarot DS will be returning; Azuma is the player character.
- The Medarots are once again being designed by Horuma Rin, with character designs and art by "Mook" (website here).
- Some old Medarots from Medarot 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, R, Navi, and DS will be returning.
- Medachange will be returning.
Gameplay:
- Battles will appear in 3D on the top screen, with a classic "relay race" view on the bottom screen.
- The game will support street passes and online battles over Wi-Fi.
- There will be a casino minigame.
AR Cards
Players who pre-order the games from selected retailers will receive a pack of AR Medarot cards, which can be viewed using an AR viewer inside the game. The two versions will come with different packs of 32 cards, for a total of 64 different cards.
