Victor (ヴィクトル Vikutoru) is a character from the Medarot anime. He holds the title of World Champion Medarotter and serves as the secondary antagonist during the Robattle World Tournament arc, representing Kenya. His emotional detachment from the Medarots positions him as the polar opposite of Ikki Tenryou.

His Medarot is Warbonnet.

Victor and Warbonnet had numerous appearances in official Robattle tournaments.

During the Ten Days of Darkness, Warbonnet inadvertently attacked Victor while aiding other Medarots in their assault on Kenya. Despite this tragic incident, Victor continued training with Warbonnet. However, due to the loss of trust resulting from the incident, Victor began treating Warbonnet more like a tool than a friend. This change in their relationship left Warbonnet with deep regret, longing for Victor's friendship once more. Consequently, Warbonnet obediently followed every order in hopes of restoring their lost trust and friendship.

Following an accident, Victor ended up in the Tenryou residence, where Chidori Tenryou treated him kindly. Chidori's resemblance to Victor's own mother left a strong impression on him. Upon Ikki's return home, he discovered Victor's presence and engaged in a conversation with him about their differing perspectives on Medarots, during which Victor shared details of his challenging past.

Victor led Team Kenya during the Robattle World Tournament. His emotionless Robattle style earned him the disapproval of Ikki and Team Japan, and likewise, he felt uneasy about Ikki's techniques.

In the tournament's final, Victor's Warbonnet and Ikki's Metabee were the only Medarots remaining. Unbeknownst to both, the clash between these Medarots with rare medals was manipulated by Dr. Hebereke and the RoboRobo Gang in an attempt to conquer the world, sparking an event reminiscent of the Ten Days of Darkness.

After the failed plan, Dr. Hebereke attacked them, prompting Warbonnet to act autonomously, shielding Victor from an attacking Medarot and saving his old friend. This act made Victor realize that Warbonnet had always followed him because the robot still considered Victor a friend. Unfortunately, Warbonnet's parts, including his Tinpet, were irreparably damaged in the battle. Thankfully, Victor began to regard Warbonnet as a friend again after the robot saved his life and retrieved his Medal from the burning arena, promising that they would battle together again soon.

After Dr. Hebereke's plan was stoped by Ikki and Metabee, Hikaru provided Victor with new parts for Warbonnet, enabling Ikki and Victor to resume the final match. The credits scenes reveal Victor and Warbonnet's victory in the match, although this scene was omitted from the dubbed version.
