Rappy (ラピ) is a mascot-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot 2.

Description

Rappy is a small flying Medarot that serves as the mascot for Medarot Island's theme park. Its body is mostly light blue and shaped like a stuffed animal with a round face and pointed ears. It holds a large pink balloon in each hand, although its ability to fly is actually provided by its legs.

In the games

Rappy is a flying-type Medarot with powerful Sacrifice attacks on its arms. In Medarot 2 and R, its head part has the Force Up action, allowing it to partially fill an ally's Medaforce gauge. In the Medarot 2 Core remake, this was changed to Force Drain, allowing it to drain its opponent's Medaforce gauge while restoring its own.

In Medarot 2

Although it appears as an NPC on Medarot Island, Rappy is one of Medarot 2's "secret" Medarots that could only be obtained by entering passwords or by trading from the Medarot 2 Parts Collection game. The passwords for Rappy's parts were first revealed on a card that came with limited edition copies of Medarot 2.

In Medarot 2 Core

Since the password mechanic was removed in Medarot 2 Core, Rappy became a regularly obtainable Medarot. It can be found in random encounters with young girl Medarotters in Medaropolis.
