Scorpio (スコルピオ) is a Scorpio-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot Navi. It is the signature Medarot of Sekiran, one of the Space Robo genrerals. Its name and appearance are based upon Scorpio the scorpion, eighth sign of the Western Zodiac.
Description
Scorpio excels in Status affliction. To this end, its Right and Left Arms have the Bug and Virus actions. Its Leg parts are also extremely agile and have the highest Evasion stat of any Multi-Leg part.
The unique Head part features the Speed Change action: each turn it will transform into a random Head part with the Speed alignment. Opponents beware, as this includes both Arcbeetles' laser attacks and the strengthening effects of many Kuwagata models' Scan heads.
Scorpio is not capable of Medachange.
In the games
Scorpio and its Medarotter, Sekiran, are first met attempting to recruit some students into the Space Robos. Thanks to Navi's module Security mechanic, Sekiran and Scorpio will likely be met in Robattle many times outside of their scripted appearances (of which there are only two before the final act begins).
