Dreiguous is a JBT-model Medarot whose sole appearance is in Medarot Navi. It is based on a jewel beetle, a shiny-shelled insect native to Japan. The "drei" in its name refers to the German word for 'three', referring to it being the third Medarot in the Ambiguous line; it is also the only member of the line not to be an MWB-series.

Dreiguous is exclusive to the Kabuto Version of the game; its Kuwagata Version counterpart is Dreitheist.

Description

Similar to a jewel beetle, Dreiguous has dark green armor with yellow accents. Its shape is very round, almost aero- or hydrodynamic. On the ends of its arms are three-barreled cannons for launching bombs at enemies. Its head has a red visor instead of individual eyes.

In battle, Dreiguous focuses on long-range attack alongside Granbeetle. Its Head part can inflict No Defend on enemies, preventing them from both protecting themselves and taking hits for other units. Both Right and Left Arms carry Napalm attacks, allowing it to land a hit on any unit within its attack range. Its Legs are Two-Legged to give it maximum mobility on Grass and Forest spaces.

By bringing its arms in line with its plated head, Dreiguous can Medachange to more closely resemble its inspiration. Drive A replaces No Defend with No Evade to allow allies to hit nimble enemies. Drives B and C retain the Napalm attacks of its regular Medarot form.

Medarot Navi

Dreiguous is the first Medarot available via the Parts Research system. Being a Two-Legged Medarot, it is best Researched by like-legged Medarots such as Hecto's Vulture or Pascal's Passionate.
