This is a guide for Medarot G and to a lesser extent, Medabots AX. in fact, there aren't many guides on Medarot G, but a few for AX. I'll explain a lot as I go, using data from my research (having CarlosP's playthrough of G and Medarot Dictionary to thank for that.)
