Main Characters
The player character and protagonist of Medarot Navi. Victim of bullies Mizore and Gousetsu, jealous class president Niwaka and abusive tomboy Hiyori, Kasumi Asano becomes rather popular after he and Shiden discover the alien Medarot Mistral under the abandoned school's gymnasium. The field trip to the space station Cluster goes awry when it separates and goes adrift; as the new class president, Kasumi must assemble his council and reunite the students while trying to save Cluster from certain doom.
Kasumi's starting Medarot is Windclap, a griffin-type with both attack and support abilities. However, its East Medal is stolen by Mizore, leaving him without a functional Medarot until he finds a Medal under the old school. This goes into Cluster's prototype - either the KBT-model Granbeetle or KWG-model Sonic Stag - and acts as Kasumi's avatar for the duration of the game.
