Pegasus Rider (ペガサスライダー) is a pegasus-type Medarot that only appears in Medarot Navi. It is based on a winged horse from Greek mythology.

Description

In its normal mode Pegasus Rider looks like a small armored knight. Its head has a red three-pointed crest on its top. Its right arm has a lance while its left has a shield featuring a horse head relief. On its back are a pair of wings, each with three feather-like projections.

In combat the Medarot functions mostly as support. The Head can drain Medal Levels from enemies while the Left Arm has Status Clear Equip effect, granting it immunity to all Status Effects. The Right Arm can use Sword Attacks with very little AP. Finally, its Two Legs are agile across gentle terrain like Grass and Forest.

Pegasus Rider is capable of Medachange: its torso twists 90 degrees to the right and folds down, sheathing the lance and opening the shield into a full horse-head. With its wings spread and a second set of legs deployed behind it, the Medarot now fully resembles a Pegasus.

Its sole attack while Medachanged is its Drive-A Shock to knock enemies away while doing heavy damage. Drives B and C are both Booster actions to increase strength while attacking after moving. It also gains the Flight movement type.

In Medarot Navi

Pegasus Rider is developed via the Parts Research system. Its lab is rather high up on Cluster, near that of Fubuki's Ptolemic. It is also exclusive to the Kuwagata Version of the game; its Kabuto Version counterpart is Circred.
