Model Kingdom
Model Kingdom (模型の王国, "Mokei no Oukoku") is a Japanese artist and modeler that contributed Medarot designs and models for Medarot Navi.
Medarot designs
Model Kingdom created the original designs for Circred, Vulture, Duckbill, and possibly other Medarots from Medarot Navi. In 2003, they posted some early concept drawings of them on their blog, which is now archived on their current website:

Models
Model Kingdom also created scratch-built models for Granbeetle, Sonic Stag, Blazermate, Dreitheist, and Navi Commu, which were showcased in a series of promotional articles in Hobby Japan magazine titled "Medarot Navi Perspective". Additional sets of the two Granbeetle and Sonic Stag models were given away to the grand prize winners for Medarot Navi's mail-in password campaign, as well as various draws in Comic BomBom.
