Talk:Ours Blanc

Name

The page is currently titled Urs Blanc and that is the name it was linked from the Medarot 8 Medarots list under, but I think it's more likely that it should be "Ours Blanc" (the correct French for "White Bear"). How do you change page names or set up redirects?
