Gobenkei (ゴーベンケー), known in English as Gobanko, is a Benkei-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot R.
Description
Gobenkei is designed more as a bulky fighter sporting a blue and grey color scheme. In his right hand he holds a bladed staff, and in his left he holds a small club. The weapons stored in his pack my fool you, but they are only there for decoration since they cannot be used.
In the games
Gobenkei fills the roles of the team's heavy-armor member and a close-range fighter. His armor is much higher than average parts, allowing him to take heavier blows and still keep fighting. His head is a Destroy attack than can utterly devastate an opponent with a single hit; often to the point of simply just shutting down the opponent with the single attack. His right arm is a basic Sword attack, while his left arm is a basic Hammer attack. His leg is a bipod type, so he has pretty good mobility on most terrain without serious consequence.
