In Medarot 8
Nio-Heiko makes a reappearance in Medarot 8 as a DLC-exclusive Medarot. It appears along with Smilodonad, Warbonnet, and Cyandog in the third DLC mission, which can be downloaded for 300 yen ($2.40).
