Okay, so what do Seal and Hallmark status effects do? The Golux 14:48, June 24, 2010 (UTC)

Besides, Cross Attack does not appear in DS...--SoujiroElric 18:45, June 24, 2010 (UTC)

Hm, looking at Medadictionary... Both Seal and "Hallmark" attacks only appear in Medarot 4. They basically work the same as cross attack, but use a status effect instead of a trap.
Seal (封印) attacks require the move "Remove Seal" (封印解除), which applies a positive status effect to 1 of your Medarots, and then the Medarot with the status can use "Sealed Weapon" (封印武器) which is a strong Berserk attack. Sealed Attack is only used by Endeavor (a holy knight Medarot, male) and Remove Seal is only used by Errander (a priest, female).
Mark (刻印) attacks are the same, except with "Apply Mark" (刻印付加) and "Marked Weapon" (刻印武器). This one is a negative status and shooting attack, used by Untold (dark knight, female) and set up by Rapper (sorcerer, male).
The word for "seal" means in the sense of a limiter, where as "mark" is a carved seal or mark. There has to be a better word for some kind of magical mark, but I'm drawing a blank right now... :/ Any ideas? ~ Kimbles 20:23, June 24, 2010 (UTC)
I dunno, Sigil? And I guess that explains it better than the article text did. Would be cool to see abilities like this more. The Golux 05:48, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
