Dragonbeetle (ドラゴンビートル), known in English releases as Drakonfly or Dragonfly, is a dragonfly-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot 2.

Description

Dragonbeetle is a dragonfly-type Medarot that is based on a fully developed dragonfly. It has a slender yellow body with legs that represent the abdomen, and a big rounded head with two green segments to its sides that look like a set of compound eyes.

In the games

Dragonbeetle is a flying-type Medarot that is completely focused on hurling ranged Press projectiles at its opponents.

In Medarot 2

Its parts have the Gravity attribute and are best used with the Bear Medal. Dragonbeetle is found in at Mt. Odoro, where it is used by Hermits.

In the manga

In the Medarot 2 manga, a member from the Select Corps used a Dragonbeetle to fight against three members from the Roborobo Gang trying to steal the Medals he was protecting, but is defeated.

In the anime

Dragonbeetle makes it's appearance in episode 22 in the Medarot anime as a Medarot from the Roborobo Gang. Here, its specialty is erroneously stated as shooting.
