Rare Occurrence

- It's just a Rare Encounter, meaning it has the lowest chance of showing up in a Random Battle. There's something similar in Medaropolis: wander around long enough and you'll eventually encounter a girl with three Rappys - it's the only way to get his parts. -Ianator
