The East Medal is one of the new Medals introduced in Medarot 3. It has the letter K and effectively replaces the Unicorn Medal in the medal list, and also replaces the Mermaid Medal in terms of usage --- except for the fact that in Medarot Navi, it is played as a jack of all trades with the Heal, Shoot and Strike skills.

In this game and Medarot 4, the East Medal has the Strike, Set-up and Repair skills.
Medarot 4
It is the first medal Kasumi has in the game, but it is stolen during the prologue, making it unavailable until you beat Goutestu and Mizore a second time.
