The Cat Medal is a reward that can only be received from Arika by completing Arika's special side quest in either version of Medarot 2 Core.

Here the Cat Medal focuses on Disrupt, and fits well with CAT-0CH Dencat, and is the other of the two Rank 2 evolutions of the Civit Medal and can evolve into the Jaguar Medal.
