The Knight (ナイト) Medal has the ability to increase a Medarot's defense, and will be willing to protect their allies from the enemy.

In the games

In Medarot 2 Core

The Knight Medal can be received in both versions of Medarot 2 Core. In the Kuwagata version, it's the reward for winning the tournament on Medarot Island. In the Kabuto version, it's received as a gift from Dr. Hebereke after battling him on Medalink at the Medashop.

In Medarot 7

In the Kabuto Version, the Knight Medal is given to Azuma by the Leader of the Medal Hunters after defeating the RoboRobo Gang at the second meteorite crash site.
