Description

This template marks a page for deletion by an administrator by categorizing it under Category:Pages awaiting deletion.

It should only be used when you're certain that the page in question should be deleted. If the page has been worked on by multiple editors, you should absolutely start a discussion on the talk page first before adding this template.

If you only want to rename an image, use Template:Rename instead.

To use this template, add {{delete|reason why the page should be deleted}} to the the top of the article, or below the source/fair use template on an image page. Including the reason is optional, but appreciated. Simply using {{delete}} instead will produce the box as seen above.
