Gobenkei (ゴーベンケー), known in English as Gobanko, is a Benkei-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot R.
Description
Gobenkei is designed more as a bulky fighter sporting a blue and grey color scheme. In its right hand it holds a bladed staff, and in its left it holds a small club. The weapons stored in its pack may fool you, but they are only there for decoration since they cannot be used.
In the games
Gobenkei fills the roles of the team's heavy-armor member and a close-range fighter. Its armor is much higher than average parts, allowing it to take heavier blows and still keep fighting. Its head is a Destroy attack than can utterly devastate an opponent with a single hit; often to the point of simply just shutting down the opponent with the single attack. Its right arm is a basic Sword attack, while Its left arm is a basic Hammer attack. Its leg parts are bipedal-type, so it has pretty good mobility on most terrain without serious consequence.
