I'll keep that in mind, and thank you very much for the warm welcome. I'll do that from now on, but it does pose a problem. Using that method, how would you differentiate between something like クウ and クー, which would both be written "kuu"? 00:54, 4 February 2016 (MST)

:It doesn't differentiate them, but the way I see it, we're only including the romaji on the page to show how the word is read/pronounced, so it's better to simplify it than to try to make it 1-to-1 (we're already including the Japanese text after all)... Personally, I always read da-shes as pa-uses rather than longer vowels, so it's clearer just to write it out IMO. ~ [[User:Kimbles|Kimbles]] 11:49, 6 February 2016 (MST)

Romanization[edit]

Hey, I really appreciate the work you're doing filling in the infoboxes, especially the part name translations since I was stumped on a lot of them. ^^ For the romanization though, I'd appreciate if you could write out the long vowels instead of using -'s so it matches the romanization style for the rest of the site. (There's a note about it on the style guide page.) ~ Kimbles 14:26, 3 February 2016 (MST)
