Neoteny Puppy (ネオテニパピー) is a mudpuppy-type Medarot that only appears in Medarot 5.

Only in the Kabuto version. When used in a Robottle, the head and arm parts "change" - Robottle Research's division forwards parts randomly and reorganises them every time, in this case into First Aids, Retaliating parts, etc.
