The Bottlero Medal is a reward given by Mr. Medarot for collecting all 29 Medals. It is impossible to obtain this Medal unless you have all seven game-exclusive Medals from the Kabuto and the seven game-exclusive Medals from the Kuwagata version of Medarot 2 Core, all six Medals from Nae, both Medals from Arika and Karen's side quests, both the Alien and Penguin Medals' (from your decision to either stabilize Fiyun or chase Dr. Hebereke) on the same Cartridge (or rom).
