The Cat Medal is a reward that can only be received from Arika by completing Arika's special side quest in either version of Medarot 2 Core.

1. Total Recovery - Heal - Repairs damaged parts (60)
2. Anti Attk Trap - Defend - set a trap to reflect any attack (60)
3. Dice Attack - Interrupt - The attack power will vary according to the dice (60)

The Cat Medal is recieved from Mary after completing the first mission. (Confirmed for the Kuwagata version)
