Duo Kaiser (デュオカイザー) is a female weapon-type Medarot that appears in Shingata Medarot.
Description
Unlike WEA-types before it which had a mantis shrimp theme, Duo Kaiser has a more skeletal appearance with a skull-shaped head and wing bones decorating its shoulders. It has 6 legs, and attacks using lasers, missiles, and gravity-based attacks. It is also the only female Medarot in the WEA series.
Duo Kaiser's name ostensibly comes from duo (meaning two) and kaiser (German for emperor). However, a poster for the game in Comic BomBom listed its name as Dio Kaiser (ディオカイザー), which is a more fitting name (given Shingata's use of random European languages) as it would be Italian/German for "God Emperor".
In Shingata Medarot
Duo Kaiser is the final boss.
Compared to God Emperor in Medarot 2 Core, it has these changes:
- It is female instead of male.
- Leg attribute was changed from Gravity to Shooting.
- Leg defense stat was reduced from 61 to 50.
- Leg ranged stat increased from 18 to 20.
