Windcecil (ウインドセシル), known in English as Windsail, is an Sylph-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot 2.
Description
True to it's motif,Windsail is an aerial medabot(unlike Windclap...),with a greenish blue color.It's wing shaped shoulder pads have dark green endings and grey bolt like circles next to the 'torso' and 'wrists'.Her head has dark green horns and circles,giving Windsail a birdlike appearance.

As an elemental medabot,Windceil ecxels at annoying her opponents with her transform abilities.Her skill relies on interrupt medaparts,varrying from Circulis to Babyblu.Her flight medaparts make her a fast medabot,but also make her weak to Anti-Air.
