Saika Konokoe (ココノエ サイカ) is a character in Medarot 9. A recent transfer student at MEDA Academy, she is heavily self-conscious and puts on a mock flitarious persona when speaking with most students, though she speaks more frankly to Tenma. She frequently attempts to engage him and is especially intrigued about his former Medarot.

In reality, Saika is a RoboRobo Gang Executive and Daijiro Hata's right-hand woman, sent to spy on Tenma and the Exploration Club and manipulate him into defeating the Medarot guarding the entrance to the abandoned mines. At the beginning of the game, she attempts to capture a Metabee) (Kabuto version) or Rokusho (Kawugata version), leading Tenmna to intervene and his eventual invitation to the Academy. Her main Medarot is an Hellweaver nicknamed "Spinel".
