Missions in Medarot S are like quests/challenges, with both Daily and Free (permanent) missions available.

Daily Missions

Every day, the player receives 3 random daily missions, as well as one mission to complete all 3 (which rewards you with 1 Ruby). The individual missions give Dust Ruby items as rewards, which can be converted into normal Rubies in the shop (10 Dust Rubies -> 1 Ruby).

These are the possible daily missions seen so far:

___でロボトル	Robottle using ___ (leg type)	These require you to bring parts with a specific leg type into battle. Legs types can be: 二脚 = Bipedal 多脚 = Multi-leg 車両 = Wheeled 戦車 = Tank 浮遊 = Hover 飛行 = Flying 潜水 = Aquatic (Friend/other player's Medarots used in battle still count.)
___で勝利	Win using ___ (leg type)
___技を使う	Use ___ skill	These require you to use parts with a specific skill in battle. Skills can be: かくとう = Melee (red) しゃげき = Shooting (blue) たすける = Support (green) まもる = Protect (light blue) なおす = Heal (yellow) しかける = Set-up (purple) (Friend/other player's Medarots used in battle still count.)
__破壊！！	Destroy __ (part)	These require you to destroy specific enemy parts. Parts can be: 頭部 = Head 右腕 = Right arm 左腕 = Left arm 脚部 = Legs
機能停止！	Shut down!	Defeat an enemy Medarot after destroying ___ part. (The specific part is named in the description, rather than the title.) Parts can be the same as above.
激闘！ロボトルをプレイ	Play a Fierce (event) Robottle	These are the turquoise event battles for winning Medarot parts.
激闘！ロボトルで勝利	Win a Fierce (event) Robottle
曜日ロボトルをプレイ	Play a Daily (event) Robottle	These are the dark blue event battles for farming power up items.
曜日ロボトルで勝利	Win a Daily (event) Robottle
パーツ強化	Power up parts	Use items to power up/level up a part.
ＭＦ発動！	Unleash Medaforce!	Use a Medaforce ability in a Robottle.
メインストーリーでロボトル	Play a Main Story Robottle	As described.

Each daily mission asks that you perform the task 1-5 times and awards more Dust Rubies depending on the number. The missions expire at 00:00 (midnight) JST.
