Pikari Ankou (ピカリアンコウ) is an anglerfish-type Medarot that only appears in Medarot 5.

In Medarot 5
The head part increases the player's team's success rate. The arm parts are Anti-Sea attacks (power increased×16 against Water Medarots). Sold at the convinience store at the Susutake Lake in the Kabuto version.
