Duo Kaiser's name ostensibly comes from duo (meaning two) and kaiser (German for emperor). In Shingata Medarot
Duo Kaiser is the final boss of the game. It is a multi-leg Medarot and uses Break, Missile, and Laser attacks on its head, right arm, and left arm parts respectively.
Compared to God Emperor in Medarot 2 Core, it has these changes:
- It is female instead of male.
- Leg attribute was changed from Gravity to Shooting.
- Leg defense stat was reduced from 61 to 50.
- Leg ranged stat increased from 18 to 20.
