Cut Sparrow (カットスパロー) is a sparrow-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot Navi.

Description

Instead of directly resembling the bird it was named after, Cut Sparrow appears to be a simply-designed metallic scarecrow surrounded by seven tiny green birds. All three Medaparts have X-Attack Fire; it must rely on another Medarot (such as Sweet Nectar) to provide X-Attack Set actions to make use of it.

Its Medachange is a Power Medachange and thus requires Medaforce to activate. In this form the small birds converge and project a cube-shaped force field around the main body. Its Drive A is Lesser Defense, while Drives B and C are Fighting and Shooting Traps, respectively.

In the games

Medarot Navi

Cut Sparrow can be acquired by Kasumi via the Parts Research system. It is only available in the Kuwagata Version of the game; the Kabuto Version equivalent is Sweet Nectar.

Trivia

  • This Medarot's head parts might be named for the Burmese city of Taungoo, known for its many areca palms, possibly fitting in with Cut Sparrow's botanical theme for its parts.
  • In its Medachanged form, only seven birds (from its Medarot form) are creating the cube-shaped barrier. Unless there is an unseen eighth bird at the back, the barrier cube is incomplete with only three faces.
