Prior to the events of Medarot 5[edit]
Hikoo was once the founder of the Medarot Club in Susutake Village alongside his old friend Yamato Shijimi, but he transferred to Seidou Academy due to his powerful skills as a Medarotter alongside his Medarots Omeda / Nekuu and Brutis, and the club's reputation waned due to the fact that Hikoo and Omeda / Nekuu's strength was the only thing that kept it relevant.
Medarot 5[edit]
In this game, you cannot obtain the KBT-0CH parts in the Kuwagata version and vice versa in the Kabuto version with the KWG-0CH parts.
Hikoo first appears with Omeda / Nekuu in the giant tree at the Shijimi residence. He is apparently training there when he sees Koishimaru with some parts that he found.
Hikoo and Omeda / Nekuu initially think Koishimaru is a thief, but Koishimaru explains that he didn't steal the parts and that he was trying to return them, knowing they're not his. Hikoo gives the boy some advice on robattles, only to be interrupted by some ghosts that both boys drive off.
Later, during his reign as the strongest Medarotter at Seidou Academy, Koisimaru, Nekuu / Omeda and the newly revived Susutake Medarot Club defeated him, this caused him problems and he left the academy due to the academy's rules not tolerating weak Medarotters. He becomes the representative of New Town, but due to his Partner having a rarely found version of a Kabuto / Kuwagata Medal, Omeda / Nekuu gets knocked out and his medal stolen by Tsuguo, a fellow student at New Town. However Koisimaru defeated Tsuguo and Hikoo was able to recover his partner's Medal.
