Acehorn (エースホーン) is a unicorn-type Medarot that first appeared in the original Medarot game.
Description[edit]
Acehorn resembles a unicorn with a green mane and tail. Its leg parts have four hooved legs like a horse, and its arms are also hooves, giving it a centaur-like stance. It has a single gold-colored horn on its head, along with two others on its shoulders.
The name of its leg parts (Keibaa/Keiber) comes from keiba, which is Japanese for horse racing. The part is named "Ace Hooves" in the English version of Medarot 2 Core.
In the games[edit]
Acehorn is a multi-legged Medarot that specializes in removing status effects. In Medarot 1, 2, and R, all of its parts have the Status Cancel action, which can remove negative status effects from an ally Medarot (including itself). In Medarot 2 Core, this was replaced with Status Clear, which has a similar use, but also works on positive status effects with the added bonus of making Acehorn immune to both.
Although it has no attacking parts, Acehorn's legs make it strong in physical attacks. However, in the earlier games its legs also have very low armor, and can easily be taken out with one attack.
In Medarot 1, 2, R and 2 Core, Acehorn's parts have the Cancel attribute, making it the obvious choice to use with the Unicorn Medal.
In Medarot 1[edit]
In Medarot 1, Acehorn is the only Medarot capable of using Status Cancel, although other Medarots (namely Comadog, Magical Pierrot, Tank Soldier, and Mad Muscle) have head parts capable of cancelling specific status effects. Unlike in the later games, its head part has the Negate attribute instead of Cancel, so not all of its parts are compatible with the Unicorn Medal.
Acehorn's parts are only obtained as a gift from Nae in the post-game, and only if the player has met the conditions for Nae's ending. (The player receives Pinguen's parts instead if they get Kirara's ending.)

In Medarot 2[edit]
Acehorn's parts are not normally obtainable in Medarot 2 and must be traded over from Medarot 1. It was replaced with the new UNI-type, Victory Horn.
In Medarot R[edit]
Is obtainable from the Part Collection by fighting ヤンキー that is ranked opponent number 88.
In the anime[edit]
Acehorn appears in the anime when Ikki, Arika, and Metabee are attempting to help find the Medarot that launched a surprise attack on a person and his Kin-Tarou. At this point in the episode all they have to go on is the silver coloration of the Medarot and its large horns. While Acehorn matches that general description, the person confirms it is not the attacker.
