Katekin Ten is a character from Medarot R acting as the final antagonist at the end of the game.

He is a double agent who works for the Medarotters Company but secretly for the RoboRobo Gang.

Katekin Ten originally participated in the research that discovered the Medal Galaxy. At some point in his life he went to work for Jick at Medarotters company.

When Jick started working as a teacher at Ikki Tenryou's school to keep an eye on the boy as a possible future Hyper Medarotter worthy of holding the Medal Stone, Katekin received several orders to help Ikki like when he handed the complete Rokusho set to the boy. However, Katekin's dream about Medal Galaxy never died and, believing that being the first to explore this galaxy would bring him lots of candies and girls, he secretly allied himself with Medal God (Jick's older brother) and the RoboRobo Gang, helping them in several of their evil deeds taking advantage of his position to do so, such as when he stole Hikaru Agata's Medarotter data so that RoboRobo Gang could create a robotic copy.

When Ikki finally won the Hyper Tournament, before he could get the Medal Stone in his possession, Katekin stole the medal revealing to Jick that he was a traitor. Katekin challenges Ikki to find him in the school courtyard, but this was just a trap for Ikki where only two Medal Hunters were waiting for him there, while Katekin fled to the rocket built by the RoboRobo Gang below the school.

Katekin and Medal God use the Medal Stone to take control of the Terakado satellite to disable any Medarotter on the surface, to increase the power of the henchmen's medals and provide enough energy for the rocket. However, as the rocket was built below the school, the moment it took off from the Earth, the school would be disintegrated along with Ikki's friends who were there, forcing Ikki to go in search of Medal God and Katekin in the underground base.

Ikki defeats all the RoboRobo Gang leaders and Medal God, much to Katekin's surprise. Despite Ikki's pleas for Katekin to stop the rocket, the man refuses, placing his dream of reaching the Galaxy Medal above anyone else's well-being. With no other choice, Katekin and Ikki do their final Robottle, with Katekin using his Primity Baby and two God Emperors.

Ikki emerges victorious although Katekin refuses to give up on his dream and continues with preparations to take off the rocket. Jick appears and asks Ikki to leave and that he would find a way to stop the rocket. Somehow Jick (apparently with the help of Phantom Retort) manages to stop Katekin and the rocket from taking off. The Select Corps arrested the members of the RoboRobo Gang alongside Katekin Ten.
