Crimson King (クリムゾンキング) is a chicken-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot 2.

Description

Crimson King's appearance is based on a rooster with a crimson red comb. It is capable of flight, and holds two metal clubs styled to look like chicken drumsticks in its hands, which it uses to attack. Despite its somewhat humourous appearance, its attacks are highly powerful and are easily capable of destroying parts in a single hit.

In the games

Crimson King is a flying-type Medarot that uses powerful Destroy attacks with the Berserk skill. Its attacks are guaranteed to destroy at least one part and damage another if they hit, but can only affect opponent Medarots in their cooldown phase (with their backs turned), and have the additional downside of leaving Crimson King more susceptible to attacks afterwards.

Its parts have the Destruction attribute, and are most compatible with the Devil Medal.

In Medarot 2

Crimson King is one of the "secret" Medarots in Medarot 2 that could only be obtained by using passwords. Its passwords were first revealed in a TV commercial for Medarot 2.

Notably, it is the only male Medarot in the game capable of using Destroy attacks.

In Medarot 2 Core

In the Medarot 2 Core remake, Crimson King appears alongside Fligflag as the Medarots used by the "Demon King" (Shadow Master) in Milky's witch castle on Medarot Island. It is also used by Vodka (Harvey) on the Fuyun Fortress alongside Propolis.

In Medabots AX

Crimson King is Shiokara (Squidguts)'s leader Medarot, while his partner is a Belzelga with Crimson King's arms. A Medarotter named Sean uses the left arm on his leader Medarot and the right arm on the partner. Both of his Medarots have Belzelga's head, and the rest of their parts belong to Nin-Ninja.
