Frontline (フロントライン) is a military-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot R.

Description[edit]

Frontline is based off a member of the Green Berets, a branch in the United States Army that carries out the Special Operations required when the need arises. In light of this, Frontline's color naturally ranges between army and camo green (as seen on his thighs) and accents of black and pale violet.

In the games[edit]

In battle, Frontline is one of the few bots that can serve the long-range and close-range roles at the same time.

In Medarot R[edit]

Frontline's right arm is a quick Sword attack that deals fair amounts of damage, but nothing seriously considerable to heavier-armored foes. His left arm is a powerful Gatling attack that has been known to potentially take out a tank type leg with one use. His head somewhat refers to his motif as a Special Ops Army man, as it's Conceal; allowing him to increase his own evasion and make it harder from opponents to hit him (as if he's hiding from sight and waiting to strike from seemingly nowhere).

Trivia[edit]

  • メット metto is often used as shorthand for "helmet" in Japanese
