In the mountains, Inago and other RoboRobo members disguised themselves as monkeys, stealing from people and generally being nuisances. Hikaru arrives while they are resting at a hot spring and challenges Inago to a Robattle. Hikaru defeated Inago and his Monkey Gong and the monkey gang cease their sheanigans.

Later, Inago sabotages Yuuki's entry in the City Tournament, bombarding his Medarots while he was getting set up. He is defeated again and runs away.

After Typhoon activates the Rampage System, Inago guards the seventh floor of the Select Corps HQ under his real identity of Daichi.
