Rappy is one of the most popular Medarots around, since he is based in a mascot. He is usually seen with young women. His face is similar to a plush. His arms look like he's holding pink ballons on them, and even though he flies it looks like if his ''Airline'' part had claws. He has a light blue color on nearly all of his body.


His main attack is [[Sacrifice]], which destroys his ''Bubble Blow'' and ''Balloon Blow'' parts after usage. His head, ''Fame Mascot'', can drain [[Medaforce]] from an opponent. He also has incredible speed, just like other flying Medarots.
