OkeDoguu (オケドグー), known in English as Gorem, is a doguu-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot 2.
Description[edit]
Like its predecessor DonDoguu, OkeDoguu is based on a Japanese doguu figure, while its arm designs specifically come from Japanese bronze bells. Compared to DonDoguu, OkeDoguu has a larger and more eye-catching design, with a lighter green color and yellow-gold trim. In battle, OkeDoguu serves a mainly defensive role, with its most notable ability being its complete immunity to explosive-based attacks.
OkeDoguu's name was changed to Gorem (from "golem") when it appeared in the English version of the anime series. This led to DonDoguu (the original doguu-type) being renamed "Gorem-2" when it appeared later on in Medarot Damashii.
In the games[edit]
Like DonDoguu, OkeDoguu is a hover-type Medarot whose sole function is Negate Explosive. Although incapable of attacking on its own, any Medarots with its head or arm parts equipped become immune to Missile and Napalm attacks.
Its parts have the Negate attribute, making them most compatible with the Ghost Medal.
In Medarot 2/Core[edit]
Golem is used by RoboRobo Gang members fought throughout the game, and in random encounters. Its parts can also be purchased at the medamall in the south western area of Medaropolis.
