Amboina (アンボイナ), known in English as Spiralle, is a cone shell-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot 2.
Description[edit]
Amboina is an offense-oriented Medarot based on a geography cone, a highly venomous species of cone shell snail.
Its name and ANB model number both come from the Japanese name for geography cones, anboina-gai (アンボイナガイ) or "Amboina shell", which itself comes from Ambon Island, Indonesia where the shells are native. Its name was changed to Spiralle in the English version of Medarot 2 Core.
In the games[edit]
Amboina is a wheeled-type Medarot that specializes in Sword attacks. It's most compatible with the Kuwagata Medal.
In Medarot 2[edit]
Amboina is exclusive to the Kuwagata version of the game, where it's obtained as a reward for completing the Medarot Island challenge. The same applies in the Medarot 2 Core remake.
In Medarot R[edit]
It is obtainable in Medarot R Part Collection by fighting げんばかんとく, who is ranked opponent number 21.
