Hippopojamas is a hippopotamus-type Medarot that is themed after a hippopotamus and a road-roller. Its whole body is in a orange tone with darker orange and white details. Its head resemble the head of a hippo and the arms resemble its feet. The leg part resemble two big rolls in style of a traditional roller-compactor vehicle usually used in construction.

Its head action is most likely to match the motif of a hippo partially submerging under the water surface.
