Milky aids Dr. Hebereke and the RoboRobo Gang once again when the villains challenge Ikki's group to their hideout on Medarot Island. Milky has children trapped in the prison beneath her castle. When Ikki confronts her, she explains that she wants to keep her collection of children so they can live in her castle forever.
Horrified, Ikki tells Milky she needs a new hobby, which provokes her into challenging him to a Robattle. Ikki wins the battle and, after teaching her a moral lesson, Milky agrees to withdraw and no longer associate with the RoboRobo Gang.

In the post-game from 2 Core, exclusive to the Japanese version, Milky uses her magical powers to bring a [[Koishimaru Tensan|Medarotter from the future]], providing a challenge for Ikki.
