Description
Swordblues is inspired by the NetNavi ProtoMan.EXE. It closely resembles ProtoMan, but with a Medarot-style white face instead of the original's human-like facial features, the white piece also being a possible nod to the original's Battle Mask, with its right arm in sword mode with the blade inactive outside attacks, and the left arm always with its Proto Shield active. It attacks by using the blade on its right arm or its head, and can guard against opponents' attacks with its shield arm.

Swordblues' part function in Medarot S are:
Its head part is named after the Japanese term Tongari (尖んがり), meaning "sharp", referring to how ProtoMan's Helmet has a sharp-pointed crest at the top, while its right arm is named after the noun form of the Japanese verb Fumikomu (踏み込む), meaning "step in" or "lunge", referring to ProtoMan's more aggressive combat style of rushing in to slash the opponent. The left arm is based on the Proto Shield, a shield ProtoMan uses in Battles that reflects the damage of an attack back at the user. The name of the legs, "Official", is in reference to how ProtoMan and his Operator, Eugene Chaud, are Official Netbattlers in the series.

Swordblues is the first Medarot to have both the Charge Guard and Tsujigiri, Charge Guard focusing attacks on a Medarot and their specific part until it breaks or the gauge runs out, with a damage reduction at maximum Medaforce charge, and Tsujigiri doing extra damage when attacking an opponent on cooldown.
Fortate (フォルテイト) is a Bass.EXE-type Medarot that was that was added to Medarot S as part of a collaboration with the Mega Man Battle Network franchise. the RME model number is from "RockMan.EXE," the Japanese name of the franchise, and Fortate's name is based on Forte, Bass's Japanese name.

Description
Fortate is inspired by the NetNavi Bass.EXE. It closely resembles Bass, but with a mouthless white face instead of the original's humanlike face, its right arm permanently in the form of the head of the Super MultiBug Organism Gospel, and its trademark brown cloak made of sections of brown armor instead of actual cloth. It attacks by shooting from the mouth of the Gospel hand or emitting energy from its hand or chest.

Fortate's part functions in Medarot S are:
Its head part is named after the Ultimate Program of Darkness that Bass.EXE obtained, while its arms are named after two of his signature attacks, the Gospel Breath that shoots flames from the summoned head of the Super MultiBug Organism Gospel, and Air Burst, a buster attack that shoots randomly all over the enemy's area. The legs, "Black Aura," are named after one of Bass.EXE's special defensive abilities, which can be acquired in some Battle Network games in the form of a Giga Chip.

Fortate is the first medarot to have a part with the Longshot Action, a shooting attack that does more damage the further back the target is toward the Command Line.

Bipedal
Auto Charge

Its head parts are named after Colonel's technique "Aspire Break", where Colonel traps the opponent and slashes through them for extensive damage. The right arm is based on Colonel's advanced variant of his primary attack, Screen Divide, with Neo Screen Divide, and its left arm is named after the technique "Blind Rain Shower", where Colonel traps the opponent to slash them 4 times. The legs, Gaiter Legs, are named after a military-grade equipment, the Gaiter

Leadercolonel is the first Medarot in Medarot S to have the Hyper Thunder ability, it a significantly stronger form of the Thunder ability on other parts, and also given the capability of pierce damage.
Swordblues (ソードブルース) is a ProtoMan.EXE-type Medarot that was added to Medarot S as part of a collaboration with the Mega Man Battle Network franchise. the RME model number is from "RockMan.EXE," the Japanese name of the franchise, and Swordblues' name comes from Sword and Blues, the Japanese name of ProtoMan.

Bipedal
Auto Charge

The name of the legs, "Operation," is from the term used in series for a NetBattler controlling their NetNavi in battle.
Who, alongside Warbandit, are the first series made in resemblance to the opposition of the KBT and KWG series.

Description
Smilodonad is a Medarot that resembles a saber tiger. As such it has its Flexor Sword part, which deals a large amount of damage. The Straw Hammer is great for speed attacks, but it is somehow weaker than its other arm. The Hunter Part allows Smilodonad to protect itself from any shooting attacks.

In the games
Note: In Medarot 3 and 4 stats, including Medachange, a stat listed as a / b (for example 1 / 2) means that the stat a belongs to Medarot 3, while the stat b belongs to Medarot 4.

In Medarot 2
It appears as Koji's first Medarot. Later, he backups his Smilodonad with Medarots like Sakura-chan.

Its model number is now STG00.

In the anime
Smilodonad is Kouji Karakuchi's Medarot. He is not much of a talker, usually only speaking when spoken to or when it is extremely important. He is a strong contender. He received training from the Space Medafighter X to learn a special ability with its Flexor Sword part, named the Shadow Sword. During the Robottle with the U.S.A. Team, Smilodonad gained the ability to use the Medaforce. This led to believe his Medal was a rare one, however after the studies Dr. Akihabara ran, his conclusions were his Medal was a clone one. It is never truly explained how Smilodonad could use the Medaforce, though. Dr. Akihabara had a theory that Smilodonad might have had some ancestral connections to the rare medals giving him the Medaforce but this is just a theory. However, this might have something to do with the fact any Medal can use different Medaforces in the games.

Kouji Karakuchi (カラクチコウジ Karakuchi Kōji) is character that debuted in Medarot 2, serving primarily as a rival character to Ikki Tenryou.

In the games
In Medarot 2 and 2 Core
Kouji in the game debuts in the second story event as a rival to Ikki in both Robottling and gaining the affection of Karin Junmai.

He initially comes to Ikki's school in search of the culprit who went around touching female students, which included Karin among the victims, him Robottling the students such as the members of the Screws Gang, defeating them with ease. Kouji would eventually face Ikki in a Robottle in the school, but would end up losing the first encounter. Kouji afterwards would be calmed down by Karin, and he would look elsewhere.

Kouji would be met once more in the woods, both him and Karin searching for the Ghost in the woods who was stealing parts from other Medarots. He would search an area of the woods with Karin, redirecting Ikki and Arika away from where he is searching. Eventually Kouji and Karin are separated after some time due to Karin becoming fatigued from searching, with Kouji eventually finding Ikki and a suspicious Medarot in a cave. He would try to fight the Medarot, but Ikki would defend the Medarot, and after losing to Ikki once again, Kouji would have the situation explained, and the true culprits, the Roborobo Gang would show themselves, Kouji taking on one of them while Ikki fought the other.

Kouji would face Ikki once more in an official Robottle Tournament, him being the final opponent in the tournament after defeating the A Block. He would face Ikki in one more Robottle, but ultimately would lose in that battle.

Kouji's starting Medarot in the game is dependent on the version of the game he is fought in, using a Medarot that is meant to counter the player's starting Medarot, Smilodonad being his partner in the Kabuto/Metabee Version, and Warbonnet being his partner in the Kuwagata/Rokusho Version.

In Medarot 3
Kouji's starting Medarot in Medarot 3 is dependent on the version of the game once more, with Excise replacing Smilodonad in the Kabuto Version and Unitris replacing Warbonnet in the Kuwagata Version.

In Medarot 4
In the Anime
Kouji in the anime plays a similar role to his game counterpart. When Ikki, Metabee and Arika go to try and find the Legendary Medarotter, Ikki and Metabee initially mistake him for such, and the two would Robottle, the battle being cut short due to Karin being temporarily kidnapped in that episode. He would continue to appear throughout the anime, acting as a rival to Ikki in Robottling and trying to gain Karin's affections. Kouji in the anime would have a notable fear of insects, him being paralyzed or going berserk when seeing insects and Medarots with designs similar to insects, though Metabee and Rokusho would be the exceptions to this ruling.

He would initially defeat Ikki and Metabee in their first official tournament battle, though he refused to count it as a victory, but ultimately would lose in their subsequent rematches. In the World Robottle Tournament Rankings, he would place Number 2 through Japan. He would be the only Medarotter in the initial anime that would manage to unlock the power of the Medaforce without his Medarot having a Rare Medal.

Kouji in the anime would have a notable fear of insects, him being paralyzed when seeing insects and Medarots with designs similar to insects, though Metabee and Rokusho would be the exceptions to this ruling.

He would initially defeat Ikki and Metabee in their first official tournament battle, though he refused to count it as a victory, but ultimately would lose in their subsequent rematches. In the World Robottle Tournament Rankings, he would place Number 2 through Japan. He would be the only Medarotter in the anime that would manage to unlock the power of the Medaforce without his Medarot having a Rare Medal.
