This is a complete list of Medals available in Medarot R. There are 32 in total.

This game has the same Medals as Medarot 2, but you obtain them in a different order. More information will be added later.

C	Tortoise	トータス	Optical	Chapter 3; Given to you after fending of the Roborobos and the Screws at Natsume Factory
D	Jellyfish	クラゲ	Explosive	Chapter 5; At Medaropolis town, in fountain park, go east nearby the fountain then press O
E	Bear	クマ	Gravity	Chapter 5; In newspaper club behind the black curtain
F	Spider	クモ	Set-up	Chapter 6; At Lucky Town go to the shrine to meet Phantom Retort, go east in between the shrine maidens
G	Snake	ヘ・ビー	Flux	Chapter 1; Obtained from Jick in the science lab on the school's ground floor, immediately after your first class.
H	Queen	クイーン	Stop	Chapter 8; At Fate Town, go to Medarot Museum, behind the "Medarot Museum" sign, a hidden guy will give you a Medal

K	Unicorn	ユニコーン	Cancel	Chapter 7; Medal Ruins; from Karin's room go to the western path, the next room have a big rock with the Medal
L	Ghost	ゴースト	Negate	Chapter 7; Medal Ruins; from where your enter the ruin there's stair to 2nd floor, go there, outside a big rock to the left
